At Compuliquidators.com we are so sure you will be satisfied with your purchase that we have just instituted a new policy called the 7-DAY GUARANTEE. If within 7 days of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your purchase for the total amount minus our shipping fees and a 15% reprocessing fee..

2. WARRANTY STATEMENT
All equipment purchased from CompuLiquidator.com has been thoroughly inspected by our technical staff and approved for a 90-day warranty.

1. This warranty provides complete coverage on all hardware, parts and labor.

2. If any component proves faulty it will be replaced or repaired.

3. Items NOT covered by the warranty include batteries, ribbons, software and printer cartridges.

4. Notebook batteries, that are included in our refurbished systems, are sold as is. They are not covered under the 123compute.com Warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Compuliquidators.com shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product. Physically opening any component or breaking the warranty tags VOIDS the customer warranty.

6. All items are shipped by FedEx and are fully insured for your protection against damages.

7. All items are subject to availability.

8. All returned or refused shipments will be subject to a 15% reprocessing fee.

9. If the product is still covered by the manufacturer warranty, CompuLiquidator may assist the customer in receiving satisfaction from the manufacturer.

10. Every effort will be made to deliver to you a computer system that will be reliable during and beyond our warranty coverage.

11. Compuliquidators.com is not responsible for any loss of software applications or personal data.

3. RETURN OF A PRODUCT FOR WARRANTY
If it is necessary to return a product to CompuLiquidators.com then the customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form from Compuliquidators.com within 90 days of the purchase. This must be done via email at sales@compuliquidators.com or by fax at (416) 322-6515. RMA numbers are good for 14 days only and Compuliquidators.com must receive the product during that period of time. Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number cannot be re-issued or extended. It is very important to have the RMA form posted on the outside of a returned package and to include the original invoice and a second copy of the RMA number with your FedEx or UPS airway bill in order to properly process any exchange or credit.

When returning a product to CompuLiquidator the customer will pay the shipping fee. Once the product has been repaired or replaced CompuLiquidator will pay to ship the product to the customer. If the product returned cannot be repaired or exchanged CompuLiquidator reserves the right to replace the equipment with something of equal, similar or greater value.

If the defective product is still covered by the manufacturer warranty CompuLiquidator may assist the customer in receiving satisfaction from the manufacturer.

4.SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
